A busy June continued tonight with Lauren and Ryan getting married at the Dana. Julie was the co-ordinator. I had one of my biggest set up days as we ran uplights, dance lights and we had a slideshow, so I brought my projector and screen.
For the grand entrance, all the bridal party were handed blue and white pom poms and as they entered they formed a tunnel, then the bride and groom walked in to the Penn State Marching Band song. During the ceremony (by Paul Frye) there were also references to Penn State and the tables at the reception were all named after something to do with Penn State.
Julie was very happy because the room colours were pink and it looked great, from chair sashes to votives to the grooms tie. A good time was had by all, and we extended the event, playing a lot of Techno at the end. A good way to start the weekend!!
