I haven’t worked at the Japanese friendship garden for a while, so I was very excited for Julie & I to be there today for Karen & Loc’s wedding.  Haydee at concepts did her usual awesome job of putting up lighting.  I hope to have some pictures to add, they really made a difference.  The other Haydeee was the florist

The ceremony was at the Koi pond.  With 200 guests, it was a tight fit but we managed to pull it off.  Paul Frye was the officiant.  French Gourmet were the caterers, the staff on the day were awesome to work with,  kim is great, it always makes the day better for us when we know everyone.   The only vendors we did not know were the photographers, who came down from LA, but they were great to work with too.

The evening was real fun, we had a lot of dancing and extended the night.  I got to play some traditional Laotian music and just played a lot of different music all night, from Swing to Disco to Hip Hop.  During cocktail and dinner, we played a lot of Pink Floyd , Smashing Pumpkins, Mother Love Bone type music.

It made up for Ipswich losing 4-0 including conceding 3 goals in the last 5 minutes!!!!
